Furniture and Clothing Donations

*All Furniture and clothing must be in good condition-with no stains, or repairs needed. Computer systems must be 2 years old or less.

AMVETS Toys, shoes, clothing, computer systems, small items, linens, drapes, linens, dressers, coffee tables, and small appliances (no microwaves). For pick up, call (708) 388-7800.

Cancer Federation: Clothing, housewares, computer systems, small appliances, tools, portable TVs and stereos, linens for kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. Also, small usable furniture items including baby items (upholstered items not accepted). For pick up, call (800) 962-3260.

Goodwill: (630) 357-6258, Drop off your donations at 539 Forthill Drive (Rt. 59 & Aurora Ave). Donations of clothing and furniture accepted. (Mattresses and large appliances are not accepted).

People's Resource Center: (630) 682-5402 Drop off your donations to People's Resource Center, 261 Naperville Road, Wheaton. Donations accepted Monday through Friday 8:00am-4:00pm and Saturday 8:00am - noon.

Restoration Ministries: Furniture donations, computer systems, and other household items. For pick up, call (708) 596- 9114.

Salvation Army: Clothing, furniture, and washers/dryers (pairs only), gas stoves. For pick up, call (888) 574-2537 or schedule online HERE. http://www.satruck.com/FindDropoff.asp.

Serendipity Shop: (630) 357-3610, Drop off your donations at 12 West Jefferson, Naperville. Clothing, household goods, toys and books. Hours: Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday 10:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m., Thursday & Friday 10:00am - 8:00 pm and Saturday & Sunday Noon - 4:00 pm. All proceeds are given to Little Friends.

Sharing Connection: 5111 Chase Street, Downers Grove. Gently used baby items, furniture, and all types of clothes. Drop- off hours: Monday through Friday 9:00 am - 3:00 pm and Saturday, 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. For furniture pick up, call (630) 971-0565.

St. Vincent DePaul Resale Shop: 213 Main Street, West Chicago. Clothing, furniture, appliances, household goods, books, linens and bedding. Hours: 9:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday. Drop off donations or call for pick-up at (630) 231-4658.
