Contact the Youth Ministry Office for more information. FACILITATORS I can help by leading a Small Christian Community group in my home.  I am willing to be a co-leader in a facilitator’s home. REFLECTION RETREAT (Weekend Retreat for Sophomores) I would like to help with the Reflection Retreat by planning and helping out during the  retreat. Retreat planning meetings are held on Monday evenings for 6 weeks prior to the retreat.   OFFICE HELP I can help on a regular basis in the Youth Ministry office (depending on your schedule)   HOSPITALITY I can donate 2 cases of soda/water to be used for Reflection Retreats & other Crossroads events. I can chaperone at different Crossroads sponsored events such as the Cascade ski trip, Great America, etc.   12:15 p.m. TEEN/YOUNG ADULT LITURGY I can help with the 12:15 p.m. teen/young adult liturgy. PRAYER MINISTRY I would be willing to pray for the High School Small Christian Communities, Reflections Retreat participants & team members, special intentions, etc. HARVEST FOOD COLLECTION Sunday, May 2, 2010 I can help in the Parish Center from 1:30-5:30 p.m. CONFIRMATION RECEPTION November 15, 2009 I can help by coordinating the Confirmation reception. I can help set-up the Confirmation reception (tablecloths, decorations, etc.) I can help serve and clean up for the Confirmation reception. GRADUATION RECEPTION Sunday, June 6, 2010 I can help by coordinating the Graduation reception.
