in the name of the Father, and of the Son, 
and of the Holy Spirit."

 

"Those who approach the sacrament of Penance obtain pardon from God’s mercy for the offense committed against him, and are, at the same time, reconciled with the Church which they have wounded by their sins and which by charity, by example, and by prayer labors for their conversion." (Lumen Gentium 11 §2)

Communal Reconciliation  
Communal Penance Services are celebrated during Advent and Lent. Check the Reconciliation Schedule for complete listing of reconciliation opportunities.


First Reconciliation for Children

Preparation and celebration of First Reconciliation is held in the fall of second grade. Students enrolled at St. Raphael School are prepared during regular religion class time. Children not enrolled in the school are prepared through the RE program (learn more about the Children's Saccramental Programs ).
