Youth Faith Formation  Registration

Grades P-11

Registration forms for the 2011-2012 school year have been mailed out to families who were in the program this last year. Your registration form, gift sharing form, and tuition form are due in the Youth Faith Formation office no later than May 31, 2011.

There is a late fee for returning families who register after May 31. If your child would like to return to the same group next year, be sure to register during the month of May. Their spot cannot be held after May 31.

Protecting God’s Children

One parent from each family is required to attend the Protecting God’s Family Program before your child will be placed in a group. This is in response to the Dallas Charter established by the Bishops and an effort to keep all our children safe.

In Grades 1-5 one parent (The parent who completed the PGC Program) may be asked to rotate into their child’s Youth Faith Formation Group when there is only one catechist. The catechist will make a schedule which will be distributed at the first session. Parents may not drop off their child at the catechist’s home until the second parent arrives. If the second parent does NOT arrive the session will be CANCELED.

A Criminal Background Check is completed on all Catechists.
